Terms and Conditions of Sales (T&C)

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of REYVAX's Website, located at https://www.reyvax.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use REYVAX if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between REYVAX (Xavier Lefebvre, micro-entrepreneur, SIRET: [to be completed]) and any client placing an order for services on reyvax.com or reyvax.fr. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

ARTICLE 2 — SERVICES OFFERED

REYVAX offers AI-augmented professional services, grouped into two categories: Career Boost (LinkedIn audit, ATS CV, interview preparation) and Content & Visibility (SEO/GEO content, social media posts, e-reputation). Prices are expressed in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable — VAT exemption).

ARTICLE 3 — ORDER AND PAYMENT

3.1. Orders are placed online at reyvax.com via secure Stripe payment links. The order is confirmed upon full receipt of payment.

3.2. Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or SEPA transfer via the secure Stripe platform (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

3.3. Production of the deliverable begins only after payment confirmation by Stripe. No service will be started before payment is received.

ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY TIMES

All services are provided in a delay that will not exceed 72 hours after confirmed payment. In the event of a delay attributable to REYVAX beyond the guaranteed time, the client may request a full or partial refund of the service.

ARTICLE 5 — REVISION RIGHTS

Each deliverable includes one (1) free revision, to be requested within 72 hours of delivery. The revision request must be sent by email to support@reyvax.com specifying the requested changes. The revision applies to the content of the initial deliverable, not to a complete reformulation of the order.

ARTICLE 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the consumer’s agreement. By ordering a Reyvax service and accepting the T&C, the client acknowledges that the service may begin immediately and expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon delivery of the deliverable.

ARTICLE 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF DELIVERABLES

Deliverables produced by REYVAX are assigned to the client for exclusive personal and professional use. The client is not authorised to resell, redistribute or publish deliverables under their own brand for commercial purposes without prior written consent from REYVAX.

ARTICLE 8 — USE OF AI — TRANSPARENCY

Deliverables are produced by artificial intelligence agents (Anthropic’s Claude) supervised by the owner. In accordance with EU AI Act 2025, the client is informed of the use of AI. REYVAX guarantees human supervision of each deliverable and GDPR compliance validation before delivery.

ARTICLE 9 — LIABILITY

REYVAX undertakes to provide services of professional quality. REYVAX’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. REYVAX cannot be held liable for decisions made by the client based on the deliverables provided.

ARTICLE 10 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be that of the jurisdiction of REYVAX’s registered office. For consumer disputes, the client may refer to the competent mediator (E-commerce Mediator, FEVAD).
